Privacy Policy

NexGen Pulse LLC ("we", "us") runs in-person product testing with college students. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Website visitors. If you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your brand and product. The form is processed by Formspree, which stores your submission so we can reply to you. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses and pages requested.

Study participants. If you take part in one of our product tests, we collect the answers you give in the survey, your school email address to confirm you are a currently enrolled student and to deliver your gift card, and basic details such as your year in school. Gift cards are delivered by Giftbit, which receives your email address for that purpose. If you agree to be contacted about future paid tests, we keep your school email for that reason only.

How we use information

We use contact form information to respond to you and to discuss working together. We use study information to prepare reports for the brand whose product was tested. Those reports contain combined results and anonymous quotes. We do not give brands your name, email address, or any information that identifies you.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your email address with brands or advertisers. We do not use study responses for anything other than research.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form submissions for as long as we are in contact with you. We keep study responses so that results can be compared across studies over time, with identifying details removed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing zachpoplar@nexgenpulsellc.com. If you agreed to be contacted about future tests, you can opt out at any time by replying to any message from us.

Age

Our studies are open to people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
